Our commitment

NABA exists to make services easier to reach for everyone, and that includes this website. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines across every page.

Built-in accessibility features

• A high-contrast mode and adjustable text size, available from the toolbar on the right of every page.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
• Descriptive alt text on images and clear, consistent heading structure.
• A "Get Help Now" quick-contact button on every page for anyone who needs direct support.
• Support for browser and OS-level reduced-motion settings.

Known limitations
